This is a new notice from Coastal Networks containing our SUPPORT SYSTEM!
Starting July 13rd, 2025, our new support system protocol will take in place. By emailing help@coastalnetworks.org, it will create a support ticket, which will allow us to transfer, close, cancel, delete, and handle your support ticket more effectiently, as well as more secure. Our current system (a support form) is going to a non-monitored email box. Our IT Department will clear out our current support team starting at 12:30 PM on 7/12/2025, and move over to our general (new) system.
As we are Powered by Coast Communications LLC, we do host their Support System. You are still able to reach Coast Communications through their general support, by dialing 732*701*7374, or send an email to coastcomms1@gmail.com. Coast Communications will be moving over to a new support system by August 1st.
